1811 S-287 R2 Turban Head. Fine-12. Sharpness VF25 but covered with uniform fine granularity. No marks or verdigris. Slightly glossy dark olive and steel. The date and legends are complete and strong. MDS. Struck very slightly off center to K-4.5.

1812 S-289 R1 Turban Head. VG-10. Large Date. Ten points sharper but covered with microscopic roughness mixed with a few faint hairline scratches. No verdigris or additional marks, and the naked eye appeal is decent. Slightly glossy dark olive and steel. The date and legends are complete and bold. MDS.

  Trio of Early Cents, 1798-1808. The first is 1798 S-148 R2 G5. Style I Hair with Large 8. Sharpness VF25 but bent and there are patches of pitting on the obverse. LDS with a strong cud break at ERTY. The second is 1803 S-250 R3 Fair-2. Sharpness VF20 but flattened at the bottom of the obverse and top of the reverse. The third is 1808 S-279 Turban Head R1 G5. Sharpness F15 with patches of corrosion on both sides plus dull scrape marks on the neck. Lot of 3 coins.
